Is Noah's Ark here? Radar scans conducted in the mysterious area
Scientific studies are continuing in an area in Ağrı where it is claimed that remains of Noah's Ark are located. GPS points have been determined, a three-dimensional map of the area has been prepared and radar scans have been conducted. While soil samples are being collected based on the data obtained, three teams, including Bear Grylls' team, are filming documentaries in the region.
Emphasizing that they want to conduct the most comprehensive scientific study possible and that they are carrying out advanced research in the area, Witzke said, "Noah's Ark has a very important place in both Christianity and Islam. Therefore, I believe that not only Christians or Muslims, but also people from different countries and different faiths will want to see this place."
SOIL SAMPLES WILL BE ANALYZED
Atila stated that some voids that could be corridors or rooms were detected in the radar data and that drilling and soil analyses were concentrated in these areas, noting:
"These soil samples will be analyzed throughout the winter. Our radar results will be known in 10 days, and our soil samples in 3 months, and after that we will make a statement about this place. I plan to continue the studies next year and the year after."
